Domenic Grossi began his professional real estate career after completing his educational requirements in 2004. In the onset, Domenic became a Junior Sales Associate for a Century21 Brokerage in Vaughan where he was mentored by the late Daniel Passante and accumulated years of residential sales and leasing experience. As his career evolved, Domenic pursued opportunities with Royal LePage and Coldwell Banker before completeing his Broker Licence.

In 2014 Domenic received his Broker credentials and became the founding partner and Broker of Record for Delgro Capital Corp. Domenic naturally grew into the commercial real estate sector and proceeded to specialize in commercial development properties, land aquisitions/dispostions and investments.  Since, his ambition continued to grow. Domenic completed his Canadian Securities Course and obtained a Mortgage Licence so that he could continue to serivce his clients with optimal experience and understanding.

In 2020 Domenic Grossi, rebranded Delgro Capital Corp. and founded Metrics Realty Inc. His vision is to create a calculated real estate experience for both his commercial and residential clients, while maintaining excellence, peace of mind and a fully transparent process.

Domenic looks forward to expanding his network in the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas with clients, peers and other industry professionals who can participate in the imminent success of Metrics Realty Inc.
